The CVA is always in session when school is out to provide your child will an art-filled day of creative exploration. Join the CVA on Spring Break for art sampler days where your child will draw, paint, sculpt, and play the day away. These special day-long art workshops are for children Pre-K to 5th grade. Register in advance to reserve your child’s spot.

Please join us in the gallery on Friday, March 5, from 6 to 9 pm for the Opening Reception of ‘m e t h o d’ a juried member exhibition along with guest exhibitions from artist Ron Curlee II and designer D.E. Leckie.  Awards will be given out by the juror of the exhibition, internationally recognized artist, Fatimah Tuggar.  A solo exhibition will be awarded to the first place winner in addition to cash prizes to first, second and third place winners.

The CVA All Member Juried Exhibition ‘method’ is open to all current paid Exhibiting Members.  All original work in all media is eligible for entry.  Artwork previously shown in any CVA Exhibition will not be accepted.  Artwork must have been created in the past 24 months.  There is a $25 fee for members.  Artists are limited to two entries.

The juror, Fatimah Tuggar, is a multidisciplinary artist who has been widely exhibited at international venues, in over 20 countries on five continents.
