Each session is open to all skill levels. Participants work in a community environment where beginner to advanced students learn together and from one another under the guidance of a mentor instructor. Available in 8-week sessions and annual membership options; beginner pottery class offered periodically throughout the year. >Club meets in the CVA gallery on the 2nd floor of the Greensboro Cultural Center each Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. >Bring your favorite coloring implements (markers, colored pencils, crayons) and something to color >There will be a limited selection of coloring materials (books, posters) available for sale. >Bring your own non-alcoholic beverage and/or snack if you wish. >Masks are required, and we will follow social distancing guidelines. >This is a FREE event, but registration is required to ensure we do not exceed our maximum number of people allowed in the space. Figure Drawing Sessions with different models, Tuesdays, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. We welcome artists (18 years and older, please) with a range of experience, style, and medium. Our facilitator helps to foster a supportive environment for study and practice, with the goal of strengthening artistic skills and creating community. Easels, chairs, and drawing boards are available for use, or you may bring your own. Please bring your own drawing materials and paper (limited supply of paper may be available for use at times).
Masks are required to be worn while in the building.
Registration required, as space is limited due to COVID-19 social distancing restrictions. You may register for one session or multiple sessions. If you register for 4 or more sessions at one time, you will save 10%.

Are you looking for a fun, creative way to spend more time with your family? In this exciting, new class, families will work together using hand-building techniques to create complementary ceramic pieces. Class is appropriate for all skill levels.

Have you always wanted to create something beautiful that you are proud to display? Then this class is for you! Join our instructors as they guide you through the creative process. You will leave each class session with at least one finished piece suitable for framing that you will love to show to everyone. No experience necessary. Projects differ each class, but they will always include painting and drawing. You will find success in these classes while enjoying a sense of community in a fun, relaxing atmosphere.
