The Center for Visual Artists (CVA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports emerging artists of all ages through educational programs, exhibition opportunities and community outreach. Through education and exhibition programs, the CVA builds and strengthens bonds within the Greensboro community and enables anyone at any skill level to engage and experience the arts. We believe that the visual arts can be used as a tool for personal and social development.
Adult programming includes:
- Community Art Classes, which are 4 - 8 week skill-specific learning environments open to all proficiency levels, taught by working artists/educatorsdesigned for all skill levels.
- Special single day workshops are announced throughout the year.
- Private Lessons provide one-on-one artist mentorships convenient to your schedule and skill development interest.
