336 Urban Arts Project
A curated public art initiative working in tandem with the downtown Greensboro community and regional artists.

336 Urban Art Project's approach to art-making is twofold, in that collaborating artists share ideas and creations through the transformation of public spaces, and Greensboro residents are invited to become active allies in this process.

Public art is receiving well deserved attention as an asset, not only as it relates to boosting tourism, but also as it relates to liveability and embracing the visual arts as a significant part of any thriving city's economy. 336 Urban Arts Project, established in 2017, is formed through the partnership of two Downtown Greensboro entities, Center for Visual Artists, a 501(c)3 visual art nonprofit, and Urban Grinders, an art and coffee house.
